The Programme delivers high quality lessons to pupils at Key stage 1 and 2 of the National Curriculum. With over 50 Primary Schools enrolling on the programme, a team of Relief instructors are required to provide cover and flexibility for existing staff and new schools. Successful candidates will have one year's practical experience of teaching, together with a Level 2 swimming teaching certificate. Experience of working with young people is essential, as is a sound understanding of the National Curriculum. You must also be competent in planning, risk assessments, organising, monitoring and evaluating lessons. As a Relief instructor you will be required to work at short notice and provide cover in case of leave, absence or busy periods.
